Dr Kugia is the best. I have been going to him for my dental care for several years. I have referred so many to him and those that switched are very glad they did. His patients are in great hands. Dr. Kugia and his professional dental hygienists and assistants have taken care of our teeth since we moved to Elgin from Wisconsin 4-1/2 years ago. We are very pleased with all the services he has provided so far. Our teeth are "performing" very well under his care. And Dr. Kugia is aware that we have no dental insurance and that we're on a fixed income, so his services are cost effective. We highly recommend Dr. Kugia to anyone looking for a good dentist.
