The whole visit was very pleasant. I liked each step by step explanation of what is going to be done. While the work is being done each step is being explained again and it has a calming effect. I had two procedures done and both were very professional. I have already recommended Dr. Kugia to several people and will continue to recommend him. Thank you Dr. Kugia and the staff!!!
Deb gets an A+ for her exceptional work on every level. She was not pushy to get her job completed. Clearly, very sincerely concerned with me personally and professionally. She was very skilled in patient relations, articulating the situation, and performing the procedure. I have had a lot of fingers in mouth in my oral history. Deb ranks very high in her treatment. The discussion about procedural fees and insurance was also presented in an individually caring manner.
Dr. Nick squeezed me in to make an emergency repair for me, always a great visit. The staff helps put each patient at ease.
I am so happy to call Dr. Kugia MY dentist because he does excellent work and his staff is outstanding which makes for an excellent dental office. They all go the extra mile to make your visit a very relaxing and comfortable experience. I feel so blessed to have these people in my world!
I absolutely love going to your office! You all are always so friendly and welcoming. You do a great job of explaining everything and Dr. Kugia is great about making sure that I understand what is going on with my teeth! My cleanings always feel great!
