I was 12 when I got my braces put on. 14 when I had them removed. I had 4 teeth pulled as a result of overcrowding. they removed my braces before my gaps were closed, when they removed my braces, the tech sanded the cement down as well as most of my enamel on my bottom teeth. as a result, I have severe decalcification on my bottom teeth and have had my bottom teeth BREAK OFF from the decalcification. I'm 19 years old and have to have cosmetic procedures done to right the wrongs of this man and his practice.
I still have a gap in my mouth, because they pulled 4 teeth to remove crowding. Took my braces off early. I got my braces off three years ago, and my retainer is deteriorating and fits very loosely now. Staff was always nice to me, but I do love my smile!
I have a great smile and I wear my retainers as instructed.
I would leave no star if I could. This office starts the program of braces then after 3 year my child still has gaps and Dr Penna decided he will no longer accept her insurance to continue her care. And spoke down on me that I would have to make so much money to do private pay on continuing her care. Very poor ethic!
Staff was really nice and great people. They gave me great help when it came to my teeth, they look great! I love the people here!

I had a great experience at Dr. Penna's. The employee's were very helpful and kind. They made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Penna and his staff. They fixed every problem I had. He was very kind and worthy.
They did an amazing job I will definitely recommend them to other people �
