Dr. Marotta has been my optometrist for almost 30 years and I believe he is one of the best in his business. He has been my wife's optometrist since she and I were dating and is now my kids' as well. We could not ask for a better person to look after our eyes than Dr. Marotta. He takes his time, is very thorough, is a great listener, and you always walk out of his office knowing you were in great hands. "Dr.Nick" is incredibly knowledgeable and he takes time to explain information in a way that I can understand. He has state-of-the-art equipment and is well-versed. on the latest research. I TRUST Dr. Marotta with my eyes! Also his staff is pleasant and efficient.
Absolutely horrible front desk. The entire front desk staff is very nasty and rude. They over charge for the visits. The staff is very unfriendly. They do every possible things to push the clients away from the practice. The practice misdiagnosed the problem at first instance and prescribed very expensive medicine (over $100), the problem was never cured, then I have to go back for the follow-up visit and had to pay again for the office visit.
