I think they have poor customer service I've had my car for five years I have three payments deferred my car Should have been paid off in February 2021 so then come to find out they added $800 of late fees and interest but even though my payments were late maybe two weeks a lot during my loan but they never tell you when you go into pay your payment about the late fees or interest they just continue to allow it to Pile up without giving you the amount you should pay with interest and that's how they get you because they are ... read more

Would never do business with! I don't know how there even getting away with what they do. My fiance had a loan with them on a car. They kept telling him he either had a 10 day grace period depending on who he talk to to no grace period it said right on the contract 15 days. Than they will force insurance wether u already have it. And they charge all these fees. I had to end up paying a bunch of money out to them to help my fiance because they went out of contract and were attaching all kinds of fees

Nicholas Financial is will not give you any information when the pick your car up. They will not talk to you. I was left on hold for 40 mins only for the the lady to say she cant give me information on who has my car and can not tell me how much i owe to get it back. They will not give you cooperate number either.

My husband and I bought a car in June of 2020. In december of 2020, we BOTH caught covid-19. I am also high risk pregnancy. I called to see if there was anything set up for covid-19 protection or anyway we could add december to end of my loan. I was told there was nothing I could do.That they were offering programs in the begining of the year but not now. Soti K. (Manager) and Jody (Assistant Manager) at the corporate office are extremely unprofessional. I called in after getting an error when making a payment online. While I was speaking to Jody I checked my bank account and saw a pending transaction for my payment, so I told her I would not be making the payment over the phone. She began to argue with me that no payment was made even though my account showed it was debited. I missed two car payments due to a job loss. These people from the Ocala office called my elderly parents after 9 PM in the evening and threatened to send the police to their home and arrest someone if the car wasn't returned, causing my elderly mother of 80 years to panic to the point that she almost suffered a nervous breakdown. My father threatened to sue them. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This company will not work with you. I went thru financial hardship, missed 4 payments and got the vehicle repossessed. They told me i had 30 days to bring the balance or I will lose the vehicle, but what they really did was sell the vehicle at an auction and gave me the remaining balance to pay. They then opened up a court case against me and i never even knew it. Judgment went to default due to me not even being there and now $1,700 from what I owed them turned into $7,300!!!
