Original loan was for 13,000 in 2018 now it is 2022 and I have paid over $16000 but somehow still owe $12000....they are the most crooked company I have ever dealt with. They will make up a million reasons why you still owe so much and change the story ever day.

Kevin at Nicolas financial repeatedly called harassment over a missed payment on the account that has never missed a payment. He further told me he didn't that I was upset about his continuous emails and calls to me. As I told him I was busy with work and life and have already made a replacement payment and for him to call as if I were a customer with a history of payment issues was a true concern to me and felt that his professionalism clearly lacked in what he is currently doing by again telling a customer he doesn't care ... read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible How do you have a balance of 13,000 in 2017 and pay on time (based on credit report and my bank about) it's now 2022 and you still owe over 9,000 ...."HOW"! This company is terrible and I want nothing more than to get out of this contract with them. I purchased a 2012 gmc terrain with an extended warranty that I did not use! They do business with gwc an extended warranty company. The policy was for 1800. The warranty was suppose to cover my timing chain, so I got in touch with everyone I was suppose to. Horrible company. I regret ever getting a loan with them. 41 months into a 48 month loan they reposessed my vehicle but yet they say i still owe 7800 dollars. Unreal how is that even possible. Oh wait its not unless they are falsifying documents which they are. Please do NOT get a loan with this company. You will surely regret it. I would still be paying on the vehicle but when the engine blew up i couldn't afford payments and repair. Funny thing is they repoed it the day the engine was replaced. Hah scumbags.

My payment is due on the 20th of each month today on the 20th these ******* started calling my phone around 9am this morning they didn't even give me a chance to make my payment. I hate that I ever got involved with these people and are trying desperately to get them out of my life.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Let's start with the customer service. I was locked out of the online portal because I was making payments twice a month, they had no intent to get me set back up in the portal either. This company is a joke. They threaten you and think that you are supposed to take that, But that would be the case with me. They are the worst. They set you up to never be able to pay it off. They floating interest. They never give you the right pay off amount.. the payment goes up when you make a payment.. then you interest on interest. So glad to be done with them and never use them again. 6yr mistake
