Excellent experience especially with the COVID 19 precautions!
I had a cleaning yesterday in the office. Right from the onset of arriving, security measures were taken. I waited in my car until I was texted, then wore a mask in, sanitized my hands and was led led by my hygienist to the room. She was dressed in PPE garb, and during the cleaning eliminated any procedure that would cause a spray. Cleaning was done with the regular tools, but a regular brush rather than a power one. I felt secure. A++
Great visit - Dr. Nick and staff were friendly as usual. I did not have any concerns about my visit - numerous measures were taken to avoid issues relating to Covid 19.
Most people hate going to the dentist. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Nick and his staff! I was in yesterday (their first day back), and not only was my temporary crown replaced by my perfectly-fitting permanent crown, but the organization they had implemented for the Covid-19 regulations was perfect. I have so many things to say, but only one thing says it all AWSOME !!!!!!
With everything going on right now it was nice going into Dr. Rizos's office and seeing the friendly faces on Monday March 16th for a cleaning and a filling. I had no worry's about the office or staff I knew if I was sick or any of them then my appointment would be canceled. The office was super clean like always and I was in and out like usual. Thank you Dr. Nick and team for once again a regular appointment in these times of trouble. Bonnie
Have been seeing Dr. Rizos for more than a decade, we discussed a replacement crown for one of my molars due to indication of a cavity forming below the crown line. We discussed options. At the time, due to travel, I could not have the work performed, and scheduled it for 2020. The removal of the old crown, cavity treatment and restorative work has been completed and I now look forward to my new crown in a few weeks time. Dr Nick Rizos is a great dentist. He stays current with all aspects of dentistry. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. It is truly a pleasure going to this dental office for my dental appointments.
