For a whole year I had significant hip pain that kept me from being active and it wore on me everyday. I tried pt for months, acupuncture, chiropractor, injections, supplements… you get it. Nothing helped. I have had pain in both hips for several years due to torn tendons in both. I had seen other orthopedic surgeons and was told there wasn't anything they could do and had gone through physical therapy and was still living in chronic pain.
