My brother in law was in there for heart surgery. I wasn't impressed with the facility and the employees. I asked the person who was manning the desk what room he was in. She said she can't tell me because it was against hospital policy. I then had to wander around the hospital until I found a nice person on another floor who would help me.

la espera en la sala de emergencia es humillante. sobre todo en casos sencillos, en los que estando listos ya los resultados de laboratorio sólo se requiere la recomendación o recetas. ocho horas esperando supuestamente la disponibilidad de un cuarto que ni siquiera ocio are pues mi problema es un resfrío y ya están los resultados. Esto lo veo como crueldad con saña.

86 yo father with a History of AMI's x3, Hx of Triple Bypass and multiple stints. Goes in to be evaluated for chest pain after vitals taken and chest X-ray, sits in lobby for over 6 hrs without being seen and goes home. Saw another female pt in mid 40's with elevated B/P over 200 left after waiting over 7 hrs. Pt with open wound bled on floor in lobby, took nearly an hour to clean up this Bio Hazard had to continuously tell people to watch their step.
