If I could give a review with negative stars I would! Absolutely appalled by the lack of care my mother has received here in the last 2 days here. There is a lack of communication and a severe lack of advocating by the nurses on my mothers behalf. I am a nurse myself so to sit back and see nurses not do their job and assess my mom, turn my mom in bed, listen when she says she's in pain and give us the run around for getting answers is unacceptable! The PICU at Presbyterian is amazing. We just spent 10 days there with our son. This was our 7th stay there and once again I commend the staff on excellent care. We are medical parents and expect the kind of care we personally would provide our patients. That is exactly what we got. Thank you for continuing to provide outstanding care.
I will never come here again it takes forever I'll never come back 3 hours to take an IV out and the people don't care about the patients or the pain
