My friend Lin, (Congestive heart failure), went in, stayed 7 days, and The hospital and staff literally SAVED HER LIFE!, Other than one shift coming in and not knowing, what the one before had already done, (I was there every day), The care my Friend had was Excellent, and Professional! I would recommend, If you have a friend, or family Member there, BE THERE as much as possible as the Advocate! And I would recommend This Hospital warmly! (And have!)
I can't get my Drs office to call me back, I leave messages so I can discuss my lab results which I had on 2/19 and today is 3/3 and still don't know my results. It was my first visit with Dr biffa and what a horrible dr. To just leave a patient worried and doesn't care!! Very unprofessional!
It's been 3 hours in a room waiting for a doctor that is not showing up. While in the waiting room they kicked people out within minutes, but they don't bother to check on their patients inside. Not even a nurse has stopped by to check on my friend. The worst ER ever!!
This Emergency Room is by far the worst I've been too, I watched numerous violations of privacy, and neglect of numerous patients? The nurses behind the desk seemed almost too busy on the Internet to acknowledge complaints from numerous patient/clients? Absolutely disgusted with the attitudes of the two girls at the check in and out desk, would leave if my wife's health could afford to.
Great experience! Dealt with many staffers @Pres the previous two days. From the nurses in triage to the last one that released us, everyone was great! Nothing but good things to say about downtown Presbyterian after our 31 hour total experience!
