Being safe on the road is an important part of the job. November 6.2023, at approximately 9:50am, a Nichol Electric van was eastbound on Langford Parkway, stopped at the light at Jacklin Road. As I crossed in front of the vehicle, walking southbound on Jacklin myself, I witnessed the driver in a frenzy of cell phone use, texting and scrolling; clutching his phone for dear life.
