I don't recommend this place at all. Staff not trained to help patients. I was treated rude. Seems from my visit they ONLY care about money..NOT patients pain. This is not the place to go...sorry..I believe in the truth
Helpful in all aspects, explained what it was that was happening during the diagnostic procedure, good bedside manner, easy to interact with. I love Alpenglow pain and wellness, they have helped me with a chronic and progressive painful condition for a few years now and have greatly improved my quality of life with their care.
I sincerely hope Cynthia was just having a bad day when she told my friend to find a new clinic and hung up on her. This is terminal cancer, ffs.
I always have great care by Dr. Renk and her team at Alpenglow. They are always very courteous and make you feel important no matter how busy they are.
I’ve been going to Alpenglow for over a year for migraines. I recently saw Dr. Renk and honestly you really could not tell you were getting poked with a needle. So light handed. Extremely thankful for Dr Renk and all the staff at Alpenglow. Everyone’s friendly and very helpful.
