My poor babies were hit with the flu. It started with my daughter. I took her in and they immediately started tamiflu and a cough medicine. Told me if anyone else in my family started symptoms, to bring them in to start prophylaxis. Two days later, took my second oldest in, he tested positive for the flu. Rather than waiting for my youngest to start symptoms, they wrote a prescription for him as well so I didn't have to come back in. The faculty here are amazing! Niceville Urgent Care is by far the BEST care that has been given to my 7 year old daughter over the years! We have a primary care Dr that we love but when we are in need of something urgent, they are ALWAYS available for my daughter! The staff goes above and beyond in professionalism, wait time (10 mins or less ever time), compassion and above all impeccable knowledge! I will drive up to an hour to have my daughter seen by this specific Urgent Care. Thank you staff @NicevilleUrgentCare !!!!!
I went in for an arthritis flare. I was seen quickly, assessed, given treatment & was out the door in no time. The atmosphere, cleanliness & friendly staff was outstanding.
I brought my son here yesterday with several different symptoms. I was highly impressed with the proficient service of all the staff members, from the check-in to the exam to the diagnosis and the plan. Very thorough and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!!
Was seen quickly and happy with outcome!! If ever need to be seen again I will definitely be going back!!!
