This is the way a dental office should be like...friendly AND professional. They look & act the part. Things have gone downhill since Dr Hall, Sr. left. We were about to leave, but think we’ve found a new dentist.
Taken back when hygienist mentioned Zappata retired. Why didn’t front office staff mention anything when I asked about having to fill out new info. Suspicious first cavity in years with new dentist?
I have been a patient at Niceville Family Dental for several years. I have never had an unpleasant visit. My hygienist, Misty, is the best. Dr. Zapata is a fantastic dentist. He's friendly, thorough, and professional. He has a terrific and relaxed personality which helps us, his patients, to be more relaxed. I had my first visit with Dr. Harper and I'm very satisfied with my healing progess. The ladies at the front desk are super nice.
