FURIOUS! AVOID THIS GUY! My brother recommended Tom to me, saying he had nothing but great experiences with him. So when my air conditioning went out, I called and spoke directly to Tom. I was clear that my work schedule was extremely tight, but that I wanted to see him as soon as I was able.
