Dan was absolutely amazing! He was very patient with me even when I had so many questions to ask and replied to me professionally in a timely matter. Really appreciated the constant communication from when I placed my application in.

Nice Property Management Co was a fantastic property manager for one of my properties for several years. I had to move unexpectedly for work and turned to Nice Property Management Co to rent out my house for what turned out to be nearly 8 years. It put multiple multi-year tenants in the property while I lived several states away. When it came time to sell they helped me with a realtor they are affiliated with. They have been an incredible resource for me over the past several years and I would highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough good things about Nice Property Management Co. I was assisted on the phone by Gerardo, and he truly took the time to listen and understand my problem. He was respectful, and really seemed to care about helping me. Great job team, 5 stars all the way!
