The nail service was extremely poor. The technician rushed through the process, resulting in a subpar finish, damaged nail bed, and a burning sensation. I had requested a simple French design, which they failed to execute correctly.

Not even worth 1 star. And stay away from vivian. She is very very rude and her hand is so heavy, when she does face wax. Got scar on my face.

I had a terrible experience at this Salon. The technician was extremely rough and actually buffed my skin, leaving it sore and damaged. She did not pay attention to any details and did not listen to me when I said the nails themselves were way too thick and looked nothing like what I asked for — very bulky and unflattering. She was on the phone talking loudly the whole time. She filed my skin and it started to bleed and then she went onto to buff my skin causing more bruises. Extremely rude staff and charged me 80 for acrylics with a basic design. My main issue was the colour the guy chose wasn’t matching my image so I asked can I see another one in case it looks more similar and he started raging at me saying “I’ve been doing this job for years I know what I’m doing” etc. at the end of the day u should listen to the client and do what they want instead of having a gross attitude and speak with respect according to what they want, even if you know what ur doing u should have consideration for the... read more

I would really rate this salon a zero if I could. I feel completely deceived. They did something I never asked for and charged me for it. I couldn’t fully understand what they were saying, but it felt like they just decide what service they’ll give you and expect you to pay for it. To top it off, one of the nail techs was extremely rude and spoke way too loudly.
