Horrible. I Called and made an appt for my daughter and I. We arrived on time. Kim did refill on my daughter and there was no one available for my gel manicure. I waited until my daughter was finished and I declined service from Kim because the point of making an appointment together was so we could leave at the same time. Manager realized my disappointment and gave me a 5.00 coupon which I left on the counter because I will not return to this salon.
