The lady dropped a bunch of the little water tabs on the floor and put them back in the bottle, that should’ve been my first clue. She used a metal tool to literally scrape my old polish off, and took pieces of my nail with it. She didn’t cut them evenly. She used the sanding tool and hit my cuticles ~10 times, 3 of them started bleeding. I had an appointment for 2pm and only got seen at 2:30pm. Once I sat in the chair, the person doing my nails rushed in between my set and doing a pedicure (gross). I asked for almond nails and then he cut the nails too short and continued to rush the process. Once I got into the next chair, the nails weren’t good enough to do the design requested, then proceeded to make a mess of my nails. 4 of us got pedicures, 3 of us were cut to the point of bleeding, and one of those 3 ended up with multiple infected, ingrown nails. Everyone of us had an uncomfortable, sometimes painful experience. Our technicians hardly spoke to us, certainly didn't ask our preferences about trimming, and it seemed to be a race to get us all in and out as fast as possible. Worst pedi experience I've ever had.
