I had an appointment for 2pm and only got seen at 2:30pm. Once I sat in the chair, the person doing my nails rushed in between my set and doing a pedicure (gross). I asked for almond nails and then he cut the nails too short and continued to rush the process. Once I got into the next chair, the nails weren’t good enough to do the design requested, then proceeded to make a mess of my nails. 4 of us got pedicures, 3 of us were cut to the point of bleeding, and one of those 3 ended up with multiple infected, ingrown nails. Everyone of us had an uncomfortable, sometimes painful experience. Our technicians hardly spoke to us, certainly didn't ask our preferences about trimming, and it seemed to be a race to get us all in and out as fast as possible. Worst pedi experience I've ever had.

I had pedicures booked for four - including my 78 year old father and 10 year old niece. They were late, they didn't have the staff booked to treat each of us at the same time (one woman started with my sister, then moved to my dad). They were very rough, causing 3 of us to bleed, and at least myself to get an infection along each of my big toenails. While the nails regrow (they did a weird cut down the side of each nail) I've got to be diligent to keep from getting ingrown toenails. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had... read more
