I went there on Saturday to have my nails done; it was a lady who initially helped me. 5 minutes later, the manager who was on duty (joy/joice, I don't recall which name she uses) told her to help with the walk-in customers for pedicure. So she had a young man do my nails instead. His job was very messy (nail polish was on my hands) and he seemed unsure what he was doing.
