Jim, I just wanted to share my interaction with Sam this afternoon. Following our conversation at the Bliss location, I went straight to the Rockdale location and informed Sam what you told me about using that dumpster. His exact response was, “I don’t give an f*** what Jim said- I’m saying no”. It is all good but thought you might be interested in the lack of respect Sam has for you. Brought my Q7 in for a quick wash and when I left the rear wiper was ripped right off the car. I drove around to discuss the situation with the two attendants who had no interest in dealing with the issue. I have tried calling the number listed on the FB page and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS! Poorly run business that I will never return to. I will spread the word to those that I know go there. Suggest you do the same.
Does anyone know who the owner is? There was an incident involving my car where the automatic tunnel broke the factory rear spoiler clean off the trunk lid. I've left notes with two different attendants and been promised that Jim would call me back. This hasn't happened as of yet. On a more positive note both attendants, Alfred and Trevor, were very pleasant to work with and helpful in dealing with my problem. I hope Jim and I can straighten this out soon.
