Place is a rip off and a dump. To make matters worse vacuums we’re not working. Coins stuck in machine. No soap in self serve bay. Clerk all of a sudden didn’t speak English. I said you forgot how to speak English from 5 minutes go?
Worst car wash I have been to. Change machine took my $10 bill and didn't dispense and quarters. I tried to call then no one picks up and it eventually goes to a fax machine. I faxed them a note about it and asked them to call me, they never did. The car wash bays have trash, large pieces of broken glass, and the sprayers are broken and bent.
The staff is rude, doesn't speak English, was annoyed to have customers, there wasn't even soap going through the wash.. ridiculous. Never going back, used to really good. The past few times have been bad experiences.
Place is a dump. Whoever runs this should be ashamed of themselves. Machines are in terrible condition or don’t work. No trash barrels to put your trash in so people just throw it on the ground. Waste of time and money.
Very unprofessional staff. My fiancé was playing music while washing his car at the Dartmouth location. His playlists consist of a variety of music and Spotify tends to jump around. When a Spanish song came on towards the end of his wash, the attendant told him to “Stop the Spanish music or get the f*ck out”. I do not typically write reviews, but I thought this should be addressed.
Put $5.00 bill in change machine, did not return bill or give me my $5 of quarters. Guy working there does not speak English. Call car wash no one answers.
Huge rip off. Vacuums Rarely work and the guy that works at the location in Dartmouth is a Jackass! Just wasted $5 here again. Stupid me for putting in that much before checking to see if it actually worked. Especially since I have an issue nearly every time I come here. I wish someone who actually cared about their business would open a good place in the area.
Can't wait to see this place disappear. How a place like this is allowed to stay open and continue to rip people off is beyond me.
