This was not a five-star experience. To be clear, this does not apply to everyone, but two individuals we dealt with were very unprofessional. There was poor communication and a lack of customer service. We were not assisted with moving items that were in their work area, and since it was not our space, we couldn’t move things ourselves without risking issues.
