I don’t live in philly, but whenever I’m in the area, I always get my eyebrows done here. I’ve always had a great experience, which is why what happened during my last visit was so disappointing. I booked my appointment two weeks in advance and it was my last day in philly, and I planned to stop by on my drive home. Nick Townsend is the best!
I recently visited Nicck Townsend Salon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. To start with the positives: the front desk staff member was warm, welcoming, and personable. The salon itself is beautiful, has a luxurious feel, and offers free parking, which is very convenient. However, there were several issues that impacted my visit. Dear Nick, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention an upsetting and unprofessional experience I had during my recent visit. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and I arrived at 11:58 AM. Upon arrival, Sadiq checked me in and told me to have a seat.
