I recently visited Nicck Townsend Salon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. To start with the positives: the front desk staff member was warm, welcoming, and personable. The salon itself is beautiful, has a luxurious feel, and offers free parking, which is very convenient. However, there were several issues that impacted my visit. Dear Nick, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention an upsetting and unprofessional experience I had during my recent visit. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and I arrived at 11:58 AM. Upon arrival, Sadiq checked me in and told me to have a seat. Shortly after, I asked to use the restroom, and he directed me to it. I was in the restroom for approximately 10 minutes. I arrived for my 6 o’clock appointment at 6:07 (after driving 45 minutes to get there) and was told that I could not be accommodated. I was not aware of the five minute grace period. Even after explaining this is my first time here, getting lost and not being able to find the building #30. The lack of close parking caused me to walk from the opposite side of the parking lot.
