Sadly, the terms disappointing, bureaucratic, and misleading come to mind most to describe NICAO . When I contacted NICAO to coordinate help for someone, one employee was friendly and described how they could help out with many things, then another was rude and said they manage WIC and that's it. Other calls and different employees described several outreach services, but when visited in person staff said they don't offer any of those. I have always been treated wonderfully and all the workers there seem like they want to help as much as they can. They have so many great programs and provide a lot of services as well as many informational materials to take with you! Have been going for years and always will.

I signed up for WIC and prenatal care. The WIC lady and the prenatal care nurse were cordial but most importantly VERY helpful and VERY efficient. Outstanding customer service!
