I seek Dr nicanor joaquin on Sept 20, 2016 for a regular check up as well as get a referral to see my ob. His associate informed me that they will take care of said referral and will fax it to my ob that same day and will give me a ring once it's done. If you feel like getting verbally assaulted and belittled this is the place to go! The staff there is unprofessional and rude. McDonald's has better customer service than this place. The people here don't care about you. They only care about taking your money. We came in to get our medical records so we can move to a new doctor. All we got was attitude and disrespect from the front desk lady.
