I personally would never buy another home from this builder or do business with their real estate company. I purchased in a Zawarski community in Easton PA and was promised it would be appropriately gated, not only were the gates never completed or up to code leaving the residents with a very expensive issue. There are still 6 years later outstanding items the builder never completed leading the development to get an attorney in an attempt to get the remaining items completed.
