Overpriced , so slow. I paid them for fixing my scooter and 1 day later i had the same problem, and when i ask about warranty the owner said i cant provide. Overall bad experience.

I had been a customer of one-stop scooter shop for over 4 years.I returned to see that they had a new mechanic.And I went to go buy six batteries As. I have A number of ebikes that I buy batteries for through him and i've never had a problem before Now all the sun that this new mechanics there people are getting ripped off for batteries I see a post online where another guy got ripped off for his batteries and he told him his bike was garbage he was selling it These guys are complete scanners.Stay away from I lost seven hund... read more

I took my Ninebot Segway G30 scooter to this shop to have a tire replaced that I had installed incorrectly (with the opposite direction of rotation). I was immediately greeted with a bad face, but they told me they could do the job. The same day they left me a message telling me that the tire was ready and to come pick it up. When I arrived, they made me go in and pay $84.75 and then told me that they couldn't do the job and that the solution was for me to buy another rigid tire and change it myself. Update: Unfortunate to change a review but greed is never something that should be rewarded. Recently I approached Bruce for the price on a new Boomerbuggy Cargo to replace my retiring Boomerbuggy X. My preference is always to shop locally. I was shocked when he called me back. His price was was $600 plus tax over the suggested selling price of $3999 and for a machine he already had in stock.
