Terrible experience. I requested him to speed up my bike and because I didn't purchase it from him would Not help me. Meanwhile, I'm willing to pay him For his time. and purchase. Accessories. Very rude, bad business. Cocky. I would never return there or purchase anything from him in the future.
It’s unfortunate but the two main scooter shops I know of in Niagara Falls are NOT trustworthy. One Stop Scooter Shop I have dealt with for years. They have always given me okay service, but just good enough. When they say they’ll call you back in 45 minutes you will be lucky if they call you back the same day. Overpriced , so slow. I paid them for fixing my scooter and 1 day later i had the same problem, and when i ask about warranty the owner said i cant provide. Overall bad experience.
