Always greeted warmly by reception upon arrival and readily accomodated when the need to reschedule appointments arise. Emily and Erin…not enough words to express how wonderful these two ladies are. It was my good fortune when I was referred to NEWS by a colleague.
Denise is an amazing masseuse and person and her facility is absolutely on point. Very clean. Reception was very courteous and check in and out were a breeze. Thoroughly recommend NEWS!!!!!
I recently saw Dan the Osteopath for my back and leg issues as I can not get massages due to a severe back injury. He was through and totally worth it. He had advised that I was going to be sore for a couple of days after the initial treatment and he was right. It lasted a couple of days but felt better. Saw Dan every week for a bit now and the issue is gone. Highly recommend seeing Dan for any issues.
I have seen Anastasiia multiple time for my nails I absolutely love and recommend her she is amazing at nails, I see Emily for my pedicures she is awesome so friendly I enjoyed my Cappuccino free of charge with my pedicure . Melinda is one of the best massage therapist I have had in a very long time. She is very professional and my experience was very relaxing. This wellness center is absolutely beautiful. Drove from over an hour away for an appoint that I had booked for our wedding anniversary to a completely closed and locked building... Called many many many times no answer. Saw that I missed a call around the time we left to come here and there was a VM telling me that the RMT was sick and they had to cancel our appts... My thought is that they had only us booked today and opted not to open at all super garbage to cancel so late as we had to get someone to look after our baby and then drive for over an hour...
