Absolutely love this place!! I have tried many different services, gel nails, pedicures, lash lift and tint and they never fail to impress me. Last night my mom and I booked a couples japanese head spa and oh myyy goodness it was like heaven on earth!! Anastasia and Emily were so good!! I was so relaxed and comfortable. I cannot recommend Denise enough. Recently, I was dealing with severe pain in my back, neck, and shoulders to the point where I wasn’t even able to work. Despite it being her day off, Denise took the time to fit me in and went completely above and beyond to help me. The difference I felt afterward was incredible. By the next day, my pain had improved significantly, with only a bit of stiffness remaining. We are visiting Niagara Falls from Ohio and I've had a severe neckache for 2 days. Those tension aches at the base of my skull are a nightmare! I called around earlier and found this place; within an hour I was on a massage table. Melinda absolutely saved me. The pain is gone! I feel so much better tonight. She was lovely, and so skilled at what she does. Everyone I spoke to in the office was so sweet and kind, too. Next time I visit Niagara I will be back!
I was gifted the Japanese head spa experience and...wow, I am so grateful for the opportunity! If you're looking for a gift for a loved one, this is it! It was a combined luxury hair/head treatment, mini facial and mini massage (though as I read that back it sounds like an oversimplified recap that doesn't do the experience justice). It was just amazing and Emily was fantastic! Thank you so very much!
Got a mani pedi here (70 min) plus shellac (10 min add on). The appointment took well over 2 hours (an extra hour??) and also made me late to another appointment. This was the worse manicure. I was cut several times, the top coat leaked? So she started cutting the sides of my nails with clippers, also ensuring she cut my skin. When this was called out, the response was “ok”.
