I usually do not write reviews unless they are positive. We applied for an auto loan and initial contact was relatively quick. However that was the end of any kind of timely communication. They asked for the same information, many times over. Told us that info was sufficient, then would wait until the end of the day to ask for it again. This happened 3 different times.
