I usually do not write reviews unless they are positive. We applied for an auto loan and initial contact was relatively quick. However that was the end of any kind of timely communication. They asked for the same information, many times over. Told us that info was sufficient, then would wait until the end of the day to ask for it again. This happened 3 different times. I walked in not knowing what to expect and was treated very well! Michael assisted me right away and was able to get me pre-approved for an auto loan that same day. He worked with me and my needs until I had to switch locations due to a personal technicality. Highly recommend this location and their friendly staff.
