Was not a good experience on June 29 the trolley gets you around to great spots. We just happen to have a bad driver. It was a very hot 92°. Trolley driver made a stop, few people got off and a few people got on. Then we just sat and sat and watched the trolley driver talk to his peers for almost 8- 10 minutes with no regard to the people sweating on the trolley Looked like he was talking/training new people. Trolley itself is nice but two things - 1. The trolley to the aquarium/gorge trail head is free. Don’t pay for this! 2. An employee was unnecessarily mean and just… why talk like that. I was told by an employee that ice cream is fine but then when the trolley arrived the different one said it’s not allowed in such a condescending, talking-down way. I thought I was talking to the police lol
I fully recommend to take the tour to all the niagara park! Amazing views and tour
