Dr. Roshnne Persand is truly an amazing doctor and an even better human being. She understood and identified a problem I had since childhood that no one else ever noticed. Even without a special appointment, she took my concern seriously and helped me in a way I will always be grateful for. Had a really great experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly. Big shoutout to Simran for helping us through the onboarding as a new patient. Really appreciate the care and efficiency here!
In the past week, I’ve called maybe 25 times and have had no answer even once. Left a message with no call returned either. We signed up for a family doctor here and interestingly enough when my son was severely sick, we were told we cannot attend the walk in clinic and had to go and wait hours for some after hours clinic that they do at a totally different location not close by to us. This makes ZERO sense when we are enrolled with your clinic you send us to another location and this too, after calling a random after hours ... read more
The front desk staff—especially the skinny girl with glasses—was extremely rude and unprofessional. Appointments are not scheduled properly, calls are rarely answered, and the overall level of service is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience
I just wanted write a review and share our positive experience with Dr.Persad Roshnee. We never met a family Dr. Which gives tremendous attention to patients concerns and there well-being. Dr.Persad is caring, listening, and very eagar to help her patients.
