Excellent service by dr Roshani Prasad..she offered extra ordinary care to my son while going through pros n cons of whole problem before recommending any type of treatment. Fully satisfied with her patience with her professionalism .

Very rude receptionist with lots of attitude. Doesn’t answers the phone. Asking $150 for filling symptomatic sick leave form. The sick leave form which I requested was ONA form which was previously filled by my previous clinic at $20. Dr Duke was polite. Only complaint with the front desk girl who behaves inappropriately. Didn’t wanted to post this but the way she spoke and the look she gave, me as a patient was not at all acceptable. I am also a healthcare worker.
Best walk-in clinic in the city. Staff has always treated myself and my daughters well. Always friendly, respectful and professional, even during high stress situations. Wait times are minimal. Doctors have all been attentive, professional and helpful. I've never left feeling like my needs weren't met or my concerns trivialized. Thankful to have found this clinic.
