I have been coming here for nearly 20 years, but something has gone wrong here. I purchased two valve stems (without washers - which I needed) from Niagra plumbing. I proceeded to another plumbing store nearby to try to find the requisite washers. The other plumbing store showed me their valve stems - which DO include the washers. They told me no one can buy those washers on their own; they ONLY come WITH the stems.
