Excellent! After calling a few other companies. ( no response) I was recommended Niagara Overhead Door. Set an appointment up for the following morning! Tim diagnosed the problem and had the door fixed that day. Thank you so much, my wife can again park in the garage. Me? well.. nothing you can do about that. Thanks again!
Great company to work with. Tim is easy to get ahold of and always returns calls promptly. He worked around my schedule from the quote to the installation. Got me exactly what I wanted at a more than fair price. Would highly recommend!
Tim was great. I spoke with other companies when our garage door's spring broke. Others teiwd to get me to replace everything..door motor etc. Over the phone , Tim diagnosed the issue, met me at my house. Set up and fixed the spring at a lower cost. Gave me a quote for new remotes, which my wife will love, came back to tune in the remotes and everything is good. You dont see that type of customer service. It was definitely refreshing and Tim earned himself a customer for life. Thank you Tim.
