The Nurse Practitioner Ellen Gretsinger is simply Fabulous. She listens. I'm not rushed. She follows up even to just say way to go. She remembers events in my life and asks about it. She doesn't sit and look at the screen. Talks to you not at you. I'm getting my mom, mother in law, sister, sister law and niece to fill out the application and be put on the waitlist to become her patients. I trust her and think my family would greatly benefit from being with her.
Oct. 1st called & a kind receptionist was able to book me an appt with Dr. Schafer for 7:30 pm. Both very professional and concerned with my issue for the visit. So relieved I called. Thank you both.
Ellen Gretsinger has helped me tremendously.
