Very friendly and informative
Dump. Dirty, dirty ceiling tiles water stains all over, falling apart. Seating is worn out and falling apart. Appointments have gotten better but still really poor. They were blasting loud hard rock music not appropriate for a medical center. I questioned the music and was told it is via the pharmacy, so ? (Made me feel agitated prior to my appointment) No issues with Dr's staff.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Russell for his care, kindness, and concern during my time of need. I truly appreciated having the nurses check in on me and make sure I was doing well. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of the nurses for their compassion, support, and care. Your kindness meant so much to me.
Love my doctor! He is great BUT THE REST OF THE STAFF - SPECIALLY PRESCRIPTIONS - I COULD DIE WAITING FOR MY MEDS!!!
