Ive been going to this doctors office for the pass 30 years- ever since dobbin died this office has completely shit the bed..absolutely disturbing how the receptionist treats theres customers..seems like its a sick joke when you try to book an appointment for your elderly parent and they just laughed and keep saying try back tomorrow..its been a week now and in just sickened in the service thats been offered..cant even make an appointment to get looked at…never had an issue before but since covid not to sure what happened to... read more
Receptionists will laugh at you when you advocate for your care. They do not book follow ups after prescribing multiple narcotics, benzos, antidepressants and sleep medication. (they tell you in person they'll call to book. they don't, and if you call they'll pretend that was never said. this is the psychiatrist at this location) Dangerous and ill informed health care.
