Disgusting place everything was horrible and we couldn't sleep all night and even the curtains that was installed wasn't installed propably so everybody is passing by can see us , i don't recommend it for any one don't waste your money

Needs remodeling and pictures on their sites are not what they actually have. You get what you pay. Breakfast it was OK. Maybe little bit more variety

Avoid this place. Unsanitary, dirty, smelly! Spend almost $600 for a 2 days stay. Showed up at 9:30pm to check in with my 2 kids. The room smelled moldy, and awful. I went on the front desk and advise the gentlemen I would like another room cause my child has asthma and that room make him end up in the hospital instead of at the falls. He went with us in 5-6 different rooms. Some was even urine smelling outside their front door before even getting inside the room. My friend and I had a terrible experience and Niagara Lodges and Suites. The pictures are deceiving. They had cockroaches in the non-smoking room I booked. The smell was terrible. They put only one towel in the bathroom with no wash clothes, shampoo, or soap when they knew that I was booking for two people. The manager was so rude over the phone when my friend and I went back to the reception to complain about the room with cockroaches and the smell.
