Family suite!!!! Supposed to be 2 separate rooms with interconnected rooms, 2 kitchenettes? NO 1 big fridge for 2 rooms! 2 bathrooms NO. 1 bathroom for both rooms. A loud squeaky door in the room to separate. Air conditioning in room is leaking all over the floor! When not running all you you can hear is water dripping all over the floor. The floor is soaking wet, Reported it was leaking, showed the gentleman was told us someone would come, no one ever did. What a smell that's coming from the floor.
