This is a very nice facility with good care from what I have seen. The rooms are really nice too. I do think they need to change or eliminate the carpets in the rooms. They are very dirty. Normally I wouldn't notice this but we had a toddler with us and she had taken her shoes off for a short stint and her feet were black like charcoal in a very short time. Hospice House was amazing to my mother and to me. I can not say enough positive for such a depressing situation.
Not sure why you have a doctor fill out a death certificate who didn't ever meet the patient. He claims he reads stuff from other doctors on a portal. I tell him about the discrepancies. He just blows me off. He asked me if it was a big deal it's only a death certificate and it's difficult to alter one
