Horrible experience with Niagara Hospice for my mother, dad and I. My dad and I have been basically been on our own!! And when it was time to transfer care to Buffalo Hospice we were on our own! Very disappointing when you feel you have no support from anyone when a loved one is terminal! Not to mention my mother worked for Niagara Hospice in the early 1990s and my grandmother was in Niagara Hospice in 1996. My mother passed away in an ECMC Nursing home because Niagara Hospice would not take my Mother. I am completely devast... read more
They took amazing care of my grandma in her final days, you could tell she was really at peace. Could not have asked for a better experience!
This is a very nice facility with good care from what I have seen. The rooms are really nice too. I do think they need to change or eliminate the carpets in the rooms. They are very dirty. Normally I wouldn't notice this but we had a toddler with us and she had taken her shoes off for a short stint and her feet were black like charcoal in a very short time. Hospice House was amazing to my mother and to me. I can not say enough positive for such a depressing situation.
