I want to give a heartfelt public shout-out to the amazing staff at St. Catharines Hospital. Over the past few months, our family has faced some unfortunate health challenges that required visits to several departments, including Emergency, ICU, the Fracture Clinic, Surgical/OR, and the Pediatric Unit. Throughout every visit, the care we received was consistently outstanding. Been here about three times since 2023 and 2024. Had a swallow test done here and the person who worked on my swallowing was really good and help me with my swallowing. The second time visited my friend after his surgery. Third time when my friend was in the mental hospital. Facilities are well up to date, need some bread crumbs to help get around the hospital. 5 stars from me.
The kindest EMTs brought me in on Saturday night and though the night was long I am so grateful for the exceptional care and attention I received for my issue.Many thanks to the Drs and Nurses who work the Emergency Room.
This hospital does not take anything serious. Ridiculous. Mental health crisis are real. You ship them out the door with NO HELP.
