All these negative reviews do not reflect upon Dr. Islam’s care and compassion that she shows to her patients in Niagara Falls. These people seem to have personal grudges against her, and nothing to do with her professionalism. She has saved my daughter‘s life, and went beyond her capacity to help her when she was struggling with suicidal thoughts. I have been Dr. Islam's patient for just under 2 years I think. The experience has been unlike anything I have experienced with any other medical professional. Now I really don't like to say bad things about anyone in the medical community as I appreciate the help when I can get it. Through my time as her patient she has missed about 85% of my appointments with zero follow up. I then have to call the office to reschedule as they won't do that on their own. I watched my husband experience a lot of grief dealing with Dr. Islam’s unprofessionalism over two years, but due to my own depression and lack of options, I signed myself and my 9-year-old daughter up as patients anyway. The receptionist called and canceled my appointment with the dr, after waiting almost a year to get in to see her and he told me he was going to call me back with a new appointment after I told him it was extremely important I get in to see her asap. 2 weeks have gone by, I just called back to see what was happened and he told me " we decided to leave it in the patients hands to call and rebook their own appointment if they wanted to see the doctor" now he's telling me I have to wait another 2 mon... read more
