I saw Dr. John Ighodaro the very first time yesterday. Although it was an unscheduled walk-in, he received me into his office very quickly. Staff was professional and kind. Dr. John Ighodaro treated me like he was my own dedicated doctor. This is the best experience I have had in Ontario.
All these negative reviews do not reflect upon Dr. Islam’s care and compassion that she shows to her patients in Niagara Falls. These people seem to have personal grudges against her, and nothing to do with her professionalism. She has saved my daughter‘s life, and went beyond her capacity to help her when she was struggling with suicidal thoughts. I have been Dr. Islam's patient for just under 2 years I think. The experience has been unlike anything I have experienced with any other medical professional. Now I really don't like to say bad things about anyone in the medical community as I appreciate the help when I can get it. Through my time as her patient she has missed about 85% of my appointments with zero follow up. I then have to call the office to reschedule as they won't do that on their own. I watched my husband experience a lot of grief dealing with Dr. Islam’s unprofessionalism over two years, but due to my own depression and lack of options, I signed myself and my 9-year-old daughter up as patients anyway. My daughter struggles with self-esteem and anxiety that sometimes affects her sleep. Since Dr. Islam is listed as a child psychologist, I assumed she treated children of all ages.
