They never answer their phone or return your phone calls; paid my school tax via bill pay through my credit union but for some reason they didn't process the check the credit union sent them back in August so now I have to go to I city hall to find out if they got it or not! Poor customer service!
Does not give option to pay your Niagara Falls NY USA City school taxes online. You can pay your Property taxes ,and Waste removal bill online. It'll cost you a little more though.
Terrible service. 6 weeks is very fast to get any information out of these people, and when they finally do get back to you it's usually only partial information. Rude and slow.
