Had an emergency breakdown traveling from Niagara to Toronto. The vehicle was able to limp its way in to Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership and the service advisor Joe was amazing. He was able to take me in right away, quoted out for me within an hour and even recommended places. I could go to stay and eat. The job was done that same day in about 5 hours. And they got me on the road again and I was home the same night. A big heartfelt thank you to niagara, Chrysler, Dodge, Joe, and the rest of the team!
I highly recommend coming here for vehicle repairs or purchasing a car. The staff are incredibly kind and respectful, and they truly show how much they value their customers as part of the Dodge and Jeep community. They were able to fix my vehicle at the last minute and had it ready the same day, right before the holidays. Excellent service all around!

Don’t go there for tires. The guy at the parts desk had an issue going outside to look at the tire on my grand Cherokee. Very unprofessional Yes, that right, it’s their product. It was a beautiful sunny day. Was unable to give me any tires. Guess I will go to a tire shop. And maybe look into another dealership for any work I need done on my car. Very disappointed. I guess they have your money for your car so they don’t have to be nice.
After contacting several different dealers across Ontario I ended up in contact with Jason over Facebook marketplace. After a couple quick conversations I was in my vehicle and made the 4 hour trip to the dealership to pick up my brand new vehicle. At the dealership everyone was more than excited to congratulate me on my new purchase.
