Was down in Fort Erie for work and noticed very bad noise coming outta front wheel. Called around and they were the only ones that were able to fit me . Super pleasant on the phone and very willing to help considering my circumstances. The lady was super helpful and Joe was excellent. Had a new wheel bearing installed literally in hours . Great experience and super good customer service . Thank you so much for helping me out .
Shout out to Frank, absolute gem. Anyone who's looking to get a car here needs to talk to him. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, super understanding and accommodating with everything. If you are working with him you know you are in good hands.
The staff here are top notch. Andrew(one of the owners), Jason(sales) and Shannon(finance) went above and beyond to help my wife get in to a new 25 Dodge Ram 2500 and two weeks later help me surprise my wife with a new 25 Jeep Wrangler Willys while I take over the truck because she loves jeeps and I’m a truck guy. Terrible experience, Parts and Services has no problem lying about your issues and over charging you. They quoted me over $1000 for a fix, decided to get a second opinion elsewhere only to find out they lied about most the issues and I only needed $200 in fixes. Awful and Immoral place, also the staff were incredibly rude when i tried to ask questions about the price. Telling me stuff like I was lucky I "only" had to spend $1000.
