I called Niagara Chrysler one days ago regarding a power steering part for my Dodge 2500, and the experience was very disappointing. The parts representative I spoke with was unprofessional and told me it would take three months to get the part, which seemed odd. I found on in Orangeville Chrysler right after, and they were able to get the same part the next day.
