Loaded fast but wrongly ! When I Scale drive axel was over 36k . I got a scale ticket with the Cat Scale app and came back here but they told me to go back and get a physical scale ticket even though I already had it on my phone.So because of the shipper's mistake I had to go to the truck stop three times to get a scale ticket.. Completely wasting time and disrespectful workers !! If you dont want to waste your time because of other peoples mistakes do not get load from here!

I came here on a Wednesday at 0800 and the person at the gate who is in a different country said they are closed on Wednesday and can not open the gate for me to turn around. Luckily I was able to back in a little drive but I have a day cabs and still had to jump the curbs. This place should have a gate at the turn in from st. When closed!

This is probably the worst place to pickup shipments from, not only is there a lack of professional direction, there are numerous safety violations as it relates to placing a driver in unsafe circumstances to try and navigate his trailer to their dock. Orders are given by a 3rd party out of the country clerk whom you cannot understand do their very broken English. I am hoping there can be competition to take away from these people.
