These guys are very professional they made my body kit for my 2016 Lexus gs350 had it color match to the car and installed it looks amazing

Ordered a body kit for my 23 Lexus is350 from Nia and the let me tell you the experience from start to finish was great. The body kit was spot on like factory and looks great on the car paint job was perfectly color match and finish. They also did the install and had to do some mods to the sideskirts since I have puddlelights but Kevin took the time to tell me the process to do it and it turned out perfect. Great work guys I wanna thank the whole team @ NIA for the great customer service and work .
I paid extra for fast shipping through FedEx, but the item was sent via standard shipping through USPS instead. While I appreciate that the difference in shipping cost was reimbursed, I’m still disappointed this was meant to be a birthday present for my son, and it didn’t arrive on time. I was considering purchasing a body kit from this business as well, but after this experience, I think I’ll pass.
