Ordered a body kit for my 23 Lexus is350 from Nia and the let me tell you the experience from start to finish was great. The body kit was spot on like factory and looks great on the car paint job was perfectly color match and finish. They also did the install and had to do some mods to the sideskirts since I have puddlelights but Kevin took the time to tell me the process to do it and it turned out perfect. Great work guys I wanna thank the whole team @ NIA for the great customer service and work .
I paid extra for fast shipping through FedEx, but the item was sent via standard shipping through USPS instead. While I appreciate that the difference in shipping cost was reimbursed, I’m still disappointed this was meant to be a birthday present for my son, and it didn’t arrive on time. I was considering purchasing a body kit from this business as well, but after this experience, I think I’ll pass.
Was very happy with every product I received from them. 2021+ IS 350 Front splitter, side skirts, rear spats, bumper extension w/ F light, and appreciated the extra stickers and what not too. Was skeptical about the price but the fitment was perfect, using the OEM clip holes is really nice. The paint job was very nice as well. There was a small slight chip on the front splitter, but was able to touch it up. Very happy with my experience.
Fast shipping and great quality and durability. Easy Installation. Looks aggressive sleek and makes a night and day difference. Looks beautiful on the car!
