I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived at this tire shop right at 8 AM with a completely flat tire — literally the only customer there. You’d think with no other cars in sight, someone would acknowledge me quickly. Nope. I was there for over 15 minutes completely ignored while employees just walked around like I didn’t exist. I couldn’t even leave because of the flat, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. Ever been stuck on a highway with a blowout with a packed car full of kids. I have! And these guys waited up for us even though they were closing! Fantastic service and so QUICK!! My family and I will never forget this local shop in Alexandria and the wonderful workers who went far and beyond in their hospitality. Thank you guys!
