I was a new patient And Doctor was more interested in generating more dental work, rather than explaining to me on exactly why I need dental work and clarify any additional questions. I felt that the appointment was very rushed. His staff and hygienist were very courteous. I felt terrible that he rushed me to meet a dental representative in the waiting room with his staff, rather than addressing the concerns of his patient. I am not going back to that practice.
Easy to schedule appointments. Very friendly staff. Dr. Nguyen takes his time to give recommendations and explain treatments. He is great at keeping you as comfortable as possible during procedures as well.
Dr. Nguyen is very gentle, patient and kind. His dental hygienist, Mindy, is outstanding. She is very thorough and explains everything well. His receptionist, Christy, always greets me with a smile. Wonderful office!
