No star should be given to them. They really do set up the company to scam. I made a mistake by making an appointment with them without looking at the review first. Some of my radiators need bleeding. The guy showed up 2 hours late, with no bleeding key. Tells me he needs 1100 to do the job, and also he needs to open the pipes. DO NOT use this company. I have an elderly Mom with dementia on Long Island. They quoted us a price of $1500.00 on a job. I was able to get it done for under $500.00. They tried to take advantage of a family in a compromised condition. DEPLORABLE.
