I cannot recommend this facility due to a profound lack of communication and administrative oversight. To be clear, the nursing and CNA staff are not the issue; the problem lies with the doctors and management. My family am I are truly grateful for the exceptional care my grandfather received during his rehab stay. From the Administrator, to the Social Work department, the nurses, CNAs, therapy team, dietary staff, environmental services, and the laundry department. Every person played a role in making sure he was supported, comfortable, and treated with dignity.
